Fitness Program

Our Fitness Program is designed for uninjured, active dogs who are simply not receiving enough walks or quality exercise at home, mainly during the winter and summer when the weather prevents from exercising outdoors.

Active dogs are kept strong and conditioned, important for preventing injuries.

Couch potatoes or dogs or dogs who are bouncing off the walls with excess energy will find a mentally and physically stimulating outlet that will make them fitter than ever.

Sports Medicine

Sports Medicine not only focus on the treatment of injuries but also on preventing injuries by preparing the body for the stress of competition or strenuous work.

Due to the nature of their work/play, many dogs place heavy demands on their musculoskeletal system. Routine preventative care can identify small problems and treat them before they become bigger problems.

Our Process

Assessment

Our Certified rehabilitation therapist will evaluate your animal’s movement, spinal and joint functions, strength, coordination, and other physical abilities. This will determine the impact of an injury or disability.
Based on the Evaluation, we will move forward to his treatment plan.

Diagnosis and Plan

After the Initial Evaluation, a customized treatment plan is developed to address the particular challenges of the patient.
We will determine the best way to restore functional movement and reduce pain or disability based on your pet’s condition, environmental factors, and lifestyle.
The plan will be individualized, including both the pet’s and owner’s needs.

Moving forward with Treatment Plan

The treatments are performed as an outpatient day-care basis. The treatment  will consist of Exercises and Modalities used to improve strength and decrease pain. Progress is monitored closely, and we continuously adapt the treatment plan depending on how your pet is responding to the treatment. We make every effort to adjust the plan to your pet’s personality and lifestyle to make rehabilitation a positive journey.

Whether your pet is older and we want to retain the strength and mobility we’ve gained, or if your pet has had surgery and we want to prevent future injuries, we give you the tools to support your pet’s optimal health for the rest of his or her life.

Graduation does not mean goodbye, we will remain here for you as long as your pet needs us.
